Human Resources Manager

We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join our team of 56 employees.  The ideal person will be well-versed on State and Federal compliance issues, including working with DOT and CDL licensed drivers.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Processing bi-weekly payroll for over 50 employees

• Ensuring company policies are in compliance

• Overseeing and maintaining our employee benefit program

• Assisting managers with employee relations

• Developing and supporting a company culture that fits our family business model for growth

Qualifications:

• Requires 3-5 years of human resources experience and knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations

• Minimum of an Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field

• Payroll experience and an understanding of related taxes, garnishments and reporting. Experience with Prime Pay preferred.

• Strong computer skills

• Highest standards of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information

• Excellent communication and organizational skills and attention to detail

• Fostering  team work and have the ability to work effectively with diverse communities

This position is full time, hourly, non-exempt and will be working on-site, Monday-Friday.  Starting pay is negotiable depending upon experience. Starting at $65,000+ depending on experience.
