Xeroncia Zervis is an Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant with the Every Child Belongs program. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Educational Studies from Grand Canyon University and brings a strong foundation in early childhood development, mental health consultation, and family engagement.
In her role at BPI, Xeroncia provides reflective consultation to early learning providers, supports Preschool for All family navigation, and connects families to culturally responsive resources across the Portland community. Her approach is relational, intentional, and grounded in a deep respect for the families she serves.
Xeroncia's dedication to this work is both professional and personal. As a sister to a brother with autism, she understands firsthand the importance of having access to systems that are supportive, inclusive, and responsive to every child's needs. She is passionate about advancing equitable outcomes for all families, believing that every child deserves care that honors who they are and where they come from.
