Bianca Diamond is an Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Coordinator and Family Navigator with the Every Child Belongs program. She brings a strong background in family support, early childhood development, and community based care, with focus on building meaningful connections with the families she serves.

In her role, Bianca supports preschool providers and families through mental health informed care, resource navigation, and relationship based support. She is committed to promoting healthy child development and ensuring families and providers have access to culturally responsive services within the community.

Bianca's experience includes working as a case manager supporting families impacted by addiction, serving as a student advocate, and volunteering as a youth leader at her church. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and her education and lived experiences have helped shape her compassion, empathetic approach and her commitment to creating supportive environments where families feel seen, valued, and empowered.
